Hi!  I’m Deirdre Rawlings, a Certified Health Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Sports Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, Naturopathic Doctor, and a trained Plant-Based Chef.

I practice a holistic approach to health and nutrition, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

While I work with a wide range of health issues, I have a few very specific inter-related specialties:  Chronic pain, Chronic fatigue, weight loss, detoxification and cleansing programs, hormone imbalances, and restoring digestive system function.

As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect the whole. My goal is to empower you how to take charge of your health and longevity and to find a way of eating that fits you, your schedule, and your health needs. And while one size does not fit all, there are several key essential nutrients that are required by the human body on a daily basis for overall health and peak performance.  I often draw from firsthand experience and global remedies across a wide spectrum of healing modalities.

A holistic approach to health and wellness extends to your thoughts about the food you’re preparing through to the ritual of how you consume your food and show gratitude. It’s my belief that nutrition is a conduit to reach your higher self and attain the freedom to live a life that restores and supports your wellness, growth, and truest self.

I will help you find a way of eating that fits you, your schedule and your health needs. And while one size does not fit all, there are several key essential nutrients that are required by the human body on a daily basis and I address these and outline the foods that contain them.
